As part of the Coronation of His Majesty the King, I was responsible for managing the ticketed grandstands on a large greenfield site. This included overseeing the logistics and seating arrangements for thousands of attendees, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and coordinating the build of temporary structures while adhering to strict health and safety regulations. The project required precision and attention to detail, from site planning and layout to managing access and flow, ensuring everything ran smoothly on the day of this historic event.
